Content Spaceballs is a 1987 sci-fi parody movie directed by Mel Brooks, and written by Mel Brooks, Thomas Meeham, and Ronny Graham. The evil Spaceballs have wasted all the precious air of Planet Spaceball. President Skroob and Dark Helmet have a plan to steal all the air from their next door neighbor, Planet Druidia. With help from Colonel Sandurz, Helmet shall kidnap Princess Vespa, to force her father, King Roland, to give them the combination to their air-shield. Roland calls Lone Starr and his half-man, half-dog sidekick Barf, who need money to pay off their debt to Pizza the Hutt, to save the princess.
