Plot[]

At the Droid Casino, Dark Helmet antagonizes a trash can for taking his money, thinking it is a slot machine. Before he can damage it further, President Skroob explains his mistake and shows him the casino's droid strippers. He summons a stripper, repeatedly increasing her breast size until he causes an overload and is knocked across the room, hitting his head against the wall.

Helmet has a flashback to his childhood, when he was known as Panakin Crybaby. As he works on a K-cup bra, his mother calls for him and a young Skroob antagonizes him. Skroob's father owns Panakin and his mother as slaves in his department store. Skroob reveals to Panakin's mother that Panakin has been sold to Outlet Mall. Yogurt enters the store to purchase a bra for his wife, Yenta's birthday. Panakin brings out the K-cup bra, which is exactly what Yenta needs. Yogurt notices that the Schwartz is strong in Panakin and offers to buy him, but the Sithee Outlet Mall refuses to sell him. Panakin offers a deal: if he beats Mall in a NasPod race, he goes with Yogurt; if he loses, he goes with Mall (and works double-free). Mall accepts.

Panakin and Mall race, during which Mall uses several dirty tactics against his opponent. Yogurt urges him to use the Schwartz to repair his racer. He catches up and burns his mother's tax forms for fuel, causing him to win the race. He hugs his mother goodbye, who is too busy watching Desperate Houseslaves.

Panakin goes with Yogurt to Yogurt's Academy of Schwartz Mastery and Dirty Dancing. Yogurt trains Panakin in the ways of the Schwartz for five years. Eventually, Princess Harley Van Patten arrives in need of help, because people no longer believe that she is the princess due to her common practice of using one of her handmaidens as a decoy. Panakin says he'll teach her dirty dancing, so tries to kiss her.

Skroob takes over his father's department store, with aspirations to be President of Planet Moron. He reveals to Mall that he, too, is a Sithee and asks him to turn Yogurt's students to the Schmart side of the Schwartz.

Panakin has dinner with Harley, using the Schwartz to fling mashed potatoes on her so he can splash water on her to get her shirt wet, then makes her drink wine and wish to be in the bedroom.

Skroob shows a film of how good it is to be a Sithee.

Panakin goes to Beggar's Canyon to find his mother. However, she is embittered by her life over the last five years since he won the race. Two representatives of the Galactic Revenue Service (GRS) pursue her, but she trips and falls, hitting her head on a rock. With her dying words, she wishes she had worn a helmet. Panakin kills the GRS with his Schwartz-ring.

Mall gives a demonstration to Yogurt's students on the Schmart side of the Schwartz and Panakin gives dirty dancing lessons to Harley. She notices his odd behavior and he asks her to marry him, but she cannot, for he is not a Schwartz Master. Yogurt urges him not to go after, as she is not worth the interruption to his Schwartz training, for he is the chosen one. Panakin offers to return Yogurt's students to become a Master.

Panakin confronts Outlet Mall in a bottomless pit room, demanding Yogurt's students. They battle, during which Panakin is hit in the head, causing a large welt. Mall falls down the pit and emerges. He offers to bring him to the Schmart side of the Schwartz to make him a master, thus enabling him to marry Harley. Additionally, he offers Panakin to choose his own name as a master and states his intention to abolish taxes when he is president.

Now a master, Panakin goes to Harley with the news that they can marry. However, she is disgusted by the bump on his head and refuses to marry him. To cover the bump, Skroob gives Panakin a large helmet, christening him Dark Helmet.

Helmet snaps out of his flashback and Skroob summons him to his office to help with work on new taxes.
